I definitely go through phases and loving an item of clothing and wearing it to death!! At the moment that item is my trusty affordable fashion item; the Primark denim shirt!

Here’s my latest outfit! I am enjoying the summer weather but also dressing for the chill of the air con which is now being turned on in the office and it’s f-f-f-f-freezing!! So I’m dressing for hot summer weather outside and arctic chills indoors!
I decided to wear my new Superdry camouflage regiment shorts with a River Island cross over white blouse. This look is great for the office because it’s smart with the crisp white blouse and dressed up with simple, neutral shoes. But it’s also cool enough to stop me getting hot in the office! Keeping accessories to a minimum stops this from looking too OTT and smart enough for work.

It’s almost time for the summer holibobs and you need an instant wardrobe refresh!! The Hut Group are doing a great deal (it expires on 20th July so you’d better get a wiggle on!) you can purchase a new top, a pair of shorts and some sunnies all for £25!! What a bargain!!
Here’s what’s in my basket!
Sometimes my work requires me to be up and about all day, running around, sorting out deliveries, rummaging through boxes, climbing ladders so my outfits need to be practical so I don’t accidentally flash someone! And they also need to be cute and reflect who I am. So here’s how I put together an outfit that does just that! My leopard print leggings bring my personality and style to any outfit. This high necklined superdry dress is crinkly so firstly I don’t have to worry about creasing it, secondly I’m not accidentally going to flash my cleavage at anyone and thirdly the length is just right (mid thigh) to be flattering and not indecent! I decided to team this outfit with a pair of black cowboy boots which are practical and comfy with a really low heel. I love the chain detail along the back of the heel which goes with the tougher look of this outfit.

Now that I’ve nearly reach my 2 stone weightloss mark I am having a field day shopping for new dresses to wear for parties and weddings! I recently bought this beautiful FCUK dress to wear to a works party. The dress is a neutral colour so I really wanted to make a statement with my all time favourite party shoes which are a furry leopard print with a gold heel (I promise they aren’t as tacky as they sound!) and then used a bold gold necklace with turquoise (my fave!) and coral stones to add some colour and make the dress less bland. The shape is also really flattering as it flares out from your waist and skims over the hips and thighs 🙂 It’s just a shame that I had to spend half the night reapplying foundation to my legs to try and hid the bruises I’d managed to get the week before! Oops!

I got all dressed up for a fun day out at the vintage fair in Gloucester and it wasn’t disappointing!
I managed to find a gorgeous gold necklace with turquoise detail from the 1960s. What I love about this is that its gold, I quite often only ever see turquoise with silver and I thought this was rather unique. The other thing I like is that the chain is really short, so it sits just on the collar bone, which makes it great for wearing with any neckline but also suitable for layering up with other necklaces.
