Salsa recipeSo after a camping trip with some of my paleo buddies a friend of mine made the MOST delicious salsa and I’ve taken her recipe and tweaked it a bit to make my own salsa recipe! This salsa recipe is amazing because it goes really well with fajitas or with salad on it’s own, or with hummus and pitta bread. Honestly the possibilities are endless! So without further ado here are the recipes and method for my homemade salsa recipe (warning; it’s garlicy!)

Ingredients:

  • 1 red pepper finely diced
  • 2 tomatoes deseeded and finely diced
  • 4 cloves of garlic finely diced
  • 2 spring onions finely diced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • A handful of fresh chopped coriander

Method:

  1. Chop all of the ingredients and mix together (yep it’s that simple!)

Pop in an airtight container and pop your delicious salsa in the fridge ready for consumption! If you want to add more colour and make your own salsa recipe why not add some green peppers into the mix as well? It’s also really nice if you squeeze some lime over the top to give a zesty flavour and make your salsa recipe fit your own tastebuds!
