My latest Paleo recipe is one that is so quick and simple that I make sure I make this every week. There is nothing better to getting home from work and smelling a nice supper all cooked and waiting for you to eat!
This is really easy to make and just involves a bit of night before prep as it tastes a billion times better once you’ve let the chicken marinade in the sauce overnight. Then all you need to do is pop it in the slow cooker and cook on low for around 8 hours.
If you want to have anything extra with it you can make some cauliflower rice to keep it paleo or make some quinoa with chicken stock. Or you can cube some sweet potato and fry in some paprika spices and garlic. The possibilities are endless! Enjoy 🙂
