Egg white crisps sounds a little bit odd right?! But they are actually delicious and a super healthy snack which is a great alternative to “normal” store bought crisps.

What’s even better is that they are really easy to make:

Ingredients

  • Liquid Egg Whites 250g
  • Water
  • Seasoning / spices

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. Whisk up some egg whites, and add some water to thin them a little bit, then add in whatever flavouring you want, salt & vinegar, paprika, chilli etc.
  3. Use a muffin tin and pour the egg white mixture into the tin just to
    cover the bottom, pop in the oven and cook until they become
    crisp.
