12 Days of Fitmas
On the 5th Day of Fitmas my PT gave to me:
The kettlebell is probably one of the most beneficial and versatile piece of gym equipment you can own. This kettlebell tabata workout will have you sweating in seconds and will help to get the tone and definition in all of the right places!
I’m jumping on the crossfit bandwagon a bit here but also showing you that you don’t need to earn a fortune and spend it all at the gym! You can do these workouts at home and get some great results! If you haven’t got the equipment like a skipping rope do the actions as though you have one and then go out and invest in a skipping rope because they’re awesome and a great piece of equipment for exercising! With the box jumps if you don’t have the box in your home gym, improvise (with caution!) use a wall in your back garden, use a low stool or table or chair or something that you know isn’t going to move and is sturdy and solid and will take your weight. Safety first fitfam! Remember to get maximum results repeat this set 4 times to take the workout up to 20 minutes.

Happy Tabata Tuesday! Here’s the latest tabata workout! This is a great 5 minute blast out or you can repeat it 4 times for a 20 minute workout. Remember good things don’t come to those who wait, they come to those who work their butts off and don’t quit!! Even if you’re feeling tired today, just do it, don’t make excuses make sure you go to bed tonight feeling satisfied that you’ve done all you can to make your body happy and healthy 🙂

Hey there guys! Here’s another great exercise/">hiit tabata workout to get your body in to tip top shape! I know we’re heading in to the Autumn months and you’re not really thinking about showing your body off on the beach, but now is the perfect time to start working on the perfect beach body ready for next summer. It took me 7 months to lose 2.5 stone in a steady and safe way. If you want to do the same for next summer, now is the time to get started 🙂 there’s plenty of other tabata workouts on my blog so make sure you check them out. Print them out and pop them on the fridge to get inspired!
Don’t forget these 5 minute workouts can get extended for a 20 minute workout if you repeat it 4 times!

Happy Tabata Tuesday everyone! Today’s tabata workout is one with a difference, I’m trying to mix it up a bit because I like to keep it interesting, I can get bored quite easily and whilst routine is great for sticking to a plan I find routine mundane so by mixing up the tabata workouts I’m keeping up the intensity but changing the workout.
Remember if you want to make it really intense repeat 4 times to make it a full length workout.
Here’s a tabata workout with a slight difference, this is solely based on using weights. Again don’t worry girls it will most definitely not make you bulk up. Make sure you choose a weight that will challenge you but also isn’t so heavy that you can’t finish the movements correctly.
Don’t forget you can repeat the whole thing 4 times to make it a decent 20 minute workout 🙂

Boys! You need to step aside because the girls are taking on speed shred and they are tearing it up!! We’re going to gets abs on our abs and make you weep! For anyone that thinks this exercise is just for boys, I’m going to explain why that’s not the case, and that girls you don’t need to actually worry about “bulking up”, this won’t happen, it will tone and define every inch of your body and you’ll wonder why you’ve not being trying it before!
